Job Description
Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding Network issues, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case. Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
Requirements
- CCNA Background.
- Very good command of English Language.
- Graduate with a bachelor degree.
- Fresh Graduate.
Work conditions
- Work place: Nasr City.
- Dress: Smart Casual.
- Days: 6 working days “1 day off “.
- Hours: 8 working hours rotational (First shift start at 6 am, last shift ends at 8 pm).
