A leading economic consultation organization located in KSA is seeking to hire the following position:-
Job Title: Economic Researcher
Job Description:
•Prepare a proposal for a full integrated research, review the economic literature, collect the necessary data and analysis, and draw conclusions of the practical nature.
•Prepare a proposal for a comprehensive Problematic studies and methodologies and procedures for implementation, as well as research and working papers and articles and visualizations.
•Checking the previous studies and present it with its criticism
•Collect the necessary data, including secondary data and documentary and field in addition to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze and develop questionnaires to do so.
•Supervision of the field surveys and collect scientific information on studies and research
•Preparation of the finalized study , including recommendations and practical proposals in the form of policies, plans and strategies that can be implemented.
•Evaluation of the studies and researches in the area of his competence and prepare visuals around and where requested to do so.
•Carry out any other work assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
•university degree or more studies in the field of economics
•Min 2 Years of Experience in the same field
•Experience in the field of Applied Economic Research
•Good knowledge of economic theory and its relation to social science
•Good knowledge of modern econometric methods.
•Preferably holding training programs in one or all of the following fields:
1.Methods and Research Methodology
2.Economic analysis of quantitative methods and applications using statistical programs such as SPSS, STATA, R, MATLAB, RATS, GAMS, etc
•Familiarity with the basic concepts and theories related to the economic science
•Good knowledge of the basics of statistics and econometrics and applications using various computer programs
•Good knowledge of the methods of qualitative research
•Proficiency to deal with MS Office Programs In addition to the ability to use standard software and mathematical programs such as: SPSS, STATA, R, MATLAB, RATS, GAMS, etc.
•Familiarity with the computer skills and its various applications that are used in the search of the political issues
•Preparing tables and graphs and illustrations
•The ability to analyze data and access to constructive conclusions
•The ability to summarize the technical analysis that can benefit business men
•The ability to view and provide the ideas and the results of technical studies and publications.
•The ability to organize and participate in the preparation of workshops and discussion sessions.
•Ability to work under pressure and in more than one task at the same time
•Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic

Role Summary/Purpose
Regional Product Marketing develops a regional product/portfolio strategy including product positioning, market segmentation and targeting and installed base retention. This position is responsible for generating growth for products in a given geography through demand creation and funnel acceleration in partnership with Field Marketing; and supporting future product planning by identifying market trends, relevant buying centers and personas, and customer needs.
Essential Responsibilities
Collecting win/loss & competitive insight on product portfolios at regional level; feedback to global product; recommend and develop marketing programs to adjust product positioning and improve win rate. Collaborating with commercial leadership and global marketing to develop the region market and orders forecast. Ensuring regional marketing plans & execution are aligned with global marketing plan (value proposition, positioning, marketing mix, etc.) to grow orders and share. Providing region input to business cases for products/upgrades that are at concept stage, work with Global Product Marketing to develop, test and prototype new product ideas Employing clinical and industry trend analysis, and market share and competitive analysis relevant to a product / portfolio. Conducting in-depth research to define customer problem statement, success metrics, clinical and economic needs, buying cycles, and personas (to support development of global MRD) . Validating global value proposition and messaging and adapt for regional use. Prioritizing and mapping global customer segments and work with Field Marketing on demand creation activities to achieve NPI and business objectives. Working with Field Marketing organization on interlocks, understanding and reacting to win-loss, leveraging demand generation opportunities, providing relevant support for regional campaigns, etc. Developing and supporting product-specific KOL's and advisory boards. Developing regional thought leadership and advertising and promotion strategy in support of demand creation and funnel acceleration activities. Adapting global marketing assets (including sales tools) to ensure that the region commercial organization has the right tools to position and sell product configurations / portfolio effectively. Training direct / indirect sales channels. Identifying and establishing reference and show sites. Developing programs to gather regional evidence of customer success, early adopters, show sites, and clinical evidence where appropriate Coordinating product training for commercial teams by leveraging Global Product Marketing and Global Product Management support Providing commercial teams product knowledge in product use, differentiation, positioning and pricing
Qualifications/Requirements
•5+ years experience in product marketing, product development, advanced clinical education or related field
•Proven clinical knowledge and AW demonstration skills
•Excellent oral and written communications skills
•Strong analytical and process skills
•Strong project management skills
•Ability to work effectively with Modality and Regional teams within a matrix environment
